Charles Paske founded the company following 8 years of research and development of equipment and services using a paradigm shifting technology and the FAsT™ (Functional Assessment Testing) Hand Screening System. Bringing this technology to the workplace, Work Wright enables employees and employers visibility to hand functionality issues (never before thought possible) before these issues become disabling impairments. The core technology of this breakthrough is the patented, Time-Resolved Force™ (T-RF™) technology, developed by KaDa Research, Inc. This objective technology enables the development of a broad range of bio-mechanical functionality screening systems well suited for application within the workplace. The Company is integrating this technology into a line of proprietary, non-invasive screening tools and systems that are designed to be both ADA and EEOC compliant, and to specifically meet the need to mechanically measure an employee’s physical capability consistent with the physical, essential elements of the job requirements. The Company intends to create “Functionality Screening” for the 21st century with its workplace site-specific, safe, fast accurate and cost effective functionality screening systems. It is currently integrating its core technology into consumer-oriented, non-invasive, objective functionality screening for Repetitive Stress Injury (like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS)). The company will develop and market its line of proprietary non-invasive products through multiple distribution channels.
